Artea's Milk Tea is located at Makati City and It's just starting to grow. The Founders who’s a young couple was inspired to start this company during the pandemic due to their curiosity and cravings for milk teas they’re influenced to put up this business and their goal is to provide our customers with the best choices at the best possible market price without compromising quality.
